Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business day (Monday-Friday). Some shipments may be available for Saturday delivery on a custom request. On average most shipments received before 3pm Mountain Standard Time will be shipped same day. If an AOG shipment is requested, please contact our Customer Service.

Shipping Overview: The following methods are available: Standard UPS Ground (4-8 Business Days), FedEx or UPS Second Day (2-Business Days), UPS or FedEx Next Day (1 Business Day), Same Day (Local Pickup Only) Business days do not include weekends. If you require a need for Saturday Delivery, please contact our Customer Service for a custom request. Every shipment will be insured for the full value of the order due to the safety and security of the Aerospace Industry. We will no longer ship on your business account due to the number of fraudulent and bounce back charges. Large items such as Propellers will be sent via Freight Lines due to size restrictions and delivery locations. We have the ability to deliver to local Freight Hubs if business delivery is not available at your location. Residential delivery is also more expensive than normal business locations. Your order may be adjusted for unforeseen shipping charges due oversized items, or shipping location. If you have any questions please contact customer service.

Signature Required:  Due to the Cost and Nature of the Aviation Industry, some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
